There is a problem with my order. Who do I contact?

Can I get a refund?

Please contact the restaurant to request a refund. In the case where you’re eligible for a refund. The restaurant will initiate the process.


Why is my order cancelled?

Your order may be cancelled or rejected for a variety of reasons by the restaurant because they are unable to fulfil the order. If you are not able to order, users can contact the restaurant directly to enquire.


I have already made an order and wish to add another item or remove an item.

Once an order is made, it can not be amended on the system. Please contact the restaurant directly to see if they can help meet your requirements after the fact.


Do you deliver to my location?

MealMap will display all restaurants that currently serve the location you provide. Please note this is a dynamic process and restaurants do on occasion change the size of the region they serve.
